Better directory profile loading

LDIF online export works.
Migrate works.
Create new db works.
LDIF import works.
Lots of cleanup to do, but it can wait.
Hopefully ready for release tomorrow...

Uid range is now configurable in the profile.
Provide defaults for new accounts if it is not set in form. (to avoid
objectclass violations).

Changed default install to use openldap 1.x and protocol 2.
Added radiobuttons to select openldap settings.
Small cleanup and fixes.

Updated license to GPL v2.
Also updated copyright statement in most files (I belive this is a
requirement for GPL to be valid).
And reindented some of the files.

Reused and added some translations. More to come.

Fixed many small problems with objectclass methods.
Fixed and simplified some code in the attribute methods.
General cleanup and fixes everywhere.
Multivalues works quite well, but there remains some small problems
when using set/add.

Multivalues seems to work now, using the number trick!
Added some test code to help solve the national charset problem.
Cleaned up some of the older test code, and simplified some of the at
functions. Will continue with some more cleanup, targeting for a release -
still delayed, but at least we know this will be a good one!

Trying to fix multivalue feature, maybe a bit better, but not ready.

hardcoded chnage in useradmin.cc to automatically compute email address, ...

Lowercasing the formfield id's, to support the lowercased attribute names
from ldap_object when the form config file use case.
Added better 'getfreeuid' method, to be used for new accounts.
Added loghandler tool to handle logging. Cleanup of all debug entries.

Migrate passwd user works

Fixed the add button in the userlist.

Fixed some small parser bugs. Cleaned up a lot of the debug code to make the
problems more visible for detection. Added some more required object
classes, and started on functions to handle the required attributes.
Adding and modifying accounts works quite well - no more schema violations.
