Better directory profile loading

LDIF online export works.
Migrate works.
Create new db works.
LDIF import works.
Lots of cleanup to do, but it can wait.
Hopefully ready for release tomorrow...

slapd user and group now configurable in setup dialog

Added option to generate manager profile on database creation.
Moving LDIF import to online operation, not working yet.
Added confirmation dialog for restarting server to activate new server config.

Uid range is now configurable in the profile.
Provide defaults for new accounts if it is not set in form. (to avoid
objectclass violations).

Reused and added some translations. More to come.

Added user defined protocol field to directory profile

hardcoded chnage in useradmin.cc to automatically compute email address, ...

Lowercasing the formfield id's, to support the lowercased attribute names
from ldap_object when the form config file use case.
Added better 'getfreeuid' method, to be used for new accounts.
Added loghandler tool to handle logging. Cleanup of all debug entries.

Added global mode variables to let user define OpenLDAP version and standard parameters.
Modified all 2.x related functions found so far to use version-compatible code.
Moved declaration of mode variables to ldapconf.cc, works better.

Small fixes,mainly for password and groups

Major cleanup, ldap_object seems to work well again, with openldap-2.0
